Frore Systems Introduces LiquidJet Diamond Coldplate for AI GPUs
Frore Systems announces in a press release LiquidJet Diamond, a liquid cooling coldplate with an integrated diamond spreader for AI GPUs. The company says the coldplate delivers 30% to 35% more AI tokens per watt than a traditional skived coldplate.
LiquidJet Diamond places diamond wafers beneath GPU hotspot locations. Frore Systems says this design reduces hotspot temperature by an additional 10°C compared with its existing LiquidJet coldplate, which provides a 12°C reduction in GPU die temperature.
The company reports that LiquidJet Diamond can cool hotspot densities of up to 770 W/cm², improve heat transfer efficiency by 75%, and keep GPUs 16 to 22°C cooler than skived coldplates. Frore Systems will demonstrate the product with a 2,300 watt NVIDIA Rubin GPU at the 2026 OCP Global Summit in San Jose from October 12 to 16.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
