Fulcrum Launches MCP Server and AI Toolkit for Field Workflows

Sep 15, 2026
Fulcrum has launched an MCP server and AI Toolkit that let field organizations create and deploy digital workflows by describing their process requirements.

Fulcrum launched an MCP server and AI Toolkit for its Field Operations Management platform on September 15, the company said in a press release. The tools let field organizations describe process requirements and deploy the resulting digital workflows to their teams.

The platform handles GIS data, offline synchronization, permissions, integrations, audit trails, lidar integration and analytics. Fulcrum says this lets AI users and field subject matter experts focus on creating workflows, and that the tools are meant to replace narrowly scoped custom apps and paper based processes with end to end digital workflows.

The MCP server and AI Toolkit are available through the Fulcrum Labs early release program. Fulcrum, developed by San Francisco based Spatial Networks, says almost 3,000 companies use its platform, including electric, gas and water utilities and engineering, construction and inspection firms.
