FuriosaAI Opens Singapore Hub for Asia Pacific Expansion
FuriosaAI has established a Singapore subsidiary to support commercial deployment of its RNGD AI inference platform across Asia Pacific, as detailed in a company blog post. FuriosaAI Singapore Pte. Ltd. will handle regional business development, sales and technical support.
Addison Chi, vice president of Asia Pacific sales, will lead the office and oversee hiring for commercial and technical support roles. The company plans to work with enterprises, governments, cloud providers and infrastructure partners across Southeast Asia and the wider region.
RNGD entered mass production in January 2026 and supports inference for large language, multimodal and agentic AI models. FuriosaAI says a server with eight RNGD cards operates within a 3 kW power limit and can use air cooling in conventional data centers. Samsung SDS and LG AI Research are among the platform's enterprise customers.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
