GDRTA Selects ConnXAI Maestro for Rider Communications

Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority selected ConnX to connect transit operations and rider communications through the ConnXAI Maestro platform.

Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority selected ConnX to provide a unified customer communications platform powered by ConnXAI Maestro, the company stated in an announcement. The platform will connect information from fixed route operations, paratransit, schedules, vehicle locations, incidents and customer service systems.

Maestro will provide a shared operational view without requiring GDRTA to replace its existing systems. It will coordinate and validate rider messages across mobile apps, websites, text messages, email, push notifications, station signs, onboard displays, public address systems, third party apps and open data feeds.
