Generate:Biomedicines to Present Phase 1 Results for AI-Engineered Asthma Treatment
Generate:Biomedicines announced in a press release that it will present the Phase 1 results of its AI-engineered asthma treatment, GB-0895, at the European Respiratory Society International Congress in Amsterdam on September 28, 2025. GB-0895 is a next-generation, ultra-high affinity anti-TSLP monoclonal antibody designed for subcutaneous administration every six months.
The Phase 1 study involved 96 patients with mild to moderate asthma, demonstrating that GB-0895 was well tolerated across a wide dose range and showed dose-proportional pharmacokinetics with a prolonged half-life of approximately 89 days. The treatment also resulted in sustained reductions in eosinophils, FeNO, IL-5, and IL-13, supporting its potential for a biannual dosing regimen.
GB-0895 was developed using Generate:Biomedicines' generative biology platform, which integrates machine learning with high-throughput experimentation to optimize drug design. The platform aims to improve potency and half-life while maintaining specificity, offering a promising alternative for patients with respiratory diseases, including severe asthma.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
