GFI adds Eloquens AI email assistant to KerioConnect

GFI Software adds the Eloquens AI email assistant to KerioConnect, bringing email classification and draft replies to organizations that operate their own mail servers.

GFI Software announced in a press release that Eloquens AI is now built into GFI KerioConnect. The integration gives more than 30,000 organizations that operate their own mail servers access to an AI email assistant.

Eloquens AI sorts notifications and newsletters into a No Reply Needed folder, labels messages that require decisions, and prepares draft responses for routine questions. It works in KerioConnect webmail, its desktop client, and Microsoft Outlook.

Administrators can enable the assistant for selected mailboxes through the KerioConnect console. GFI says mail remains on the customer's server, and administrators can disable the assistant at any time. The feature is available for customers running KerioConnect version 10.0.9-10757 or later, with a 30 day free trial.
