Glacis, CHAI and AIGovOps to Oversee OVERT AI Safeguard Standard

Sep 22, 2026
Glacis Technologies, the Coalition for Health AI and the AIGovOps Foundation will share stewardship of OVERT, an open technical specification for verifying safeguards applied during AI operations.

Glacis Technologies, the Coalition for Health AI (CHAI) and the AIGovOps Foundation announced in a press release an agreement to establish shared stewardship of OVERT, a royalty free technical specification for verifying safeguards applied during AI operations. The arrangement will take effect after the parties issue a separate commencement certificate.

OVERT defines a common format for independently verifiable records showing whether governance policies, security controls and oversight requirements were applied when an AI system acted. The records can cover tool calls by AI agents without requiring protected content to leave an operator's environment.

CHAI will identify healthcare requirements and inform further work on the specification. CHAI and AIGovOps will jointly oversee OVERT, while Glacis will initially maintain the specification and operate its registry as a nonvoting editor.

OVERT is voluntary and does not certify AI safety, effectiveness or legal compliance. Organizations remain responsible for defining their controls and meeting applicable obligations, while conformance with the specification requires independent attestation.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
