Gladly Launches One AI Agent for Retail Sales and Support
Gladly announced in a press release the launch of agentic commerce, which combines retail sales and customer support in one conversational AI. The system can recommend products, answer questions and access customer records during the same conversation.
The product joins Gladly's existing agentic service and is designed to replace separate shopping assistants and support bots. Gladly sells the software by subscription, with pricing based on outcomes rather than the number of user seats. The company says a typical deployment takes about one week and does not carry implementation fees.
Balsam Hill is using the tool in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. During its first 30 days, one in five shoppers who viewed a product in chat added it to their cart, while reported resolution rates ranged from 80% to 91%.
