Globant has expanded its Glob.AI technology services model with a MuleSoft AI Pod, the company announced in a press release. The service combines AI agents with integration experts to connect systems and data using MuleSoft from Salesforce.

The pod supports API design, MuleSoft flow development, automated testing, governance, and legacy system modernization. Customers can choose Lean, Scaled, or Advanced teams supporting about six, 12, or 24 integration flows or APIs per month, respectively.

Globant says its benchmarks indicate automation of up to 80% of manual integration tasks, delivery cycles that are 15% to 25% faster, and a 35% efficiency increase in solution design and development. Glob.AI is available through a waitlist and uses pricing based on output or consumption rather than hours or seats.
