Gong Expands Dublin Operations Amid Rising EMEA Demand

Gong has announced a major expansion of its Dublin operations to support its rapidly growing customer base in the EMEA region, now exceeding 750 customers across key markets. This expansion is driven by a surge in demand for Gong's AI-powered revenue platform, particularly its agentic capabilities, with 80% more EMEA users leveraging these features compared to the previous year, announced in a press release.

The company has relocated to a new EMEA headquarters at WeWork One Central Plaza in Dublin and plans to increase its team from 125 to over 200 employees in the next 18 months. This growth will span across R&D, sales, and other functions. Gong's new AI agents will support EMEA customers in multiple languages, enhancing productivity and providing consistent execution at scale.

Gong's expansion in Dublin underscores its commitment to the region and its strategy to empower revenue teams with cutting-edge AI solutions. The company's AI Translator, part of its growing portfolio of AI agents, captures conversations in over 70 languages, removing language barriers and ensuring seamless sales execution.
