Gong Launches Mission Callisto With Sales Data Enrichment

Gong introduces Mission Callisto, a product release centered on Gong Enrich, the company said in a press release. The feature adds account and contact data from external providers to the Gong Revenue Graph.

Customers can connect supported data providers and choose the order in which Gong searches them. Missing information can then be filled using Gong Credits and data from partners including Apollo, LeadIQ, Lusha, RocketReach, Wiza, ZeroBounce and ZoomInfo. Sellers can add missing contact details with one click, while Custom Agents can automate enrichment when defined conditions are met.

Mission Callisto also adds Deep Mode to Gong Assistant for producing reports from multiple business signals. Agent Builder gains event based triggers, reusable skills and a visual editor, while Gong Dashboards expands reporting across sales, marketing and customer success.

Gong Enrich, Deep Mode and the expanded dashboards are generally available. Automatically triggered Custom Agents and other Gong Assistant features will roll out during 2026.
