Google Cloud and Accenture Form Gemini Unit With Up to 1,000 Engineers

Google Cloud and Accenture formed the Accenture Gemini Enterprise Business Group to help customers deploy applications on Gemini Enterprise, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Google Cloud will help train up to 1,000 Accenture forward deployed engineers. They will work at customer sites to plan and build AI applications, supported by Accenture specialists in areas such as industry processes and data.

The unit will operate within Accenture and include a small group of Google Cloud engineers for limited work with major customers. The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the agreement.
