Govra Releases AI Agent System for Public Agencies

Oct 9, 2026
Govra has released an agentic AI system that helps public agencies research laws, reconcile records, identify discrepancies and prepare cases for staff review.

Govra made its agentic AI system available to public agencies, the company said in a press release. The platform converts government rules and processes into workflows for researching laws, reconciling records, identifying discrepancies and preparing cases.

The agents combine agency information, applicable laws and case evidence within defined workflows. Public servants review the resulting work and remain responsible for consequential decisions.

Govra began with tax administration, where it says the gap between taxes owed and effectively administered exceeds $1 trillion. The company has work underway in Colorado, Indiana, California and Tennessee, and plans to deploy its system by year end in states covering about one quarter of the US population.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
