Greenhouse Combines Recruiting Tools in Orchestrated Hiring Ecosystem

Greenhouse introduced a platform that connects candidate sourcing, interviews, scheduling and applicant tracking with profiles from MyGreenhouse.

On October 15, Greenhouse introduced the Orchestrated Hiring Ecosystem in a press release. The platform connects candidate sourcing, interviews, scheduling and applicant tracking with profiles from millions of MyGreenhouse users.

Job seekers can mark one application per month as a Dream Job, which places their interest in front of recruiters. A sourcing feature surfaces people who are actively looking and match a role, and is available to selected customers in a closed beta. Real Talent verifies identities and flags suspected fraud, spam and misrepresentation.

Voice AI conducts initial interviews using consistent questions and criteria, then gives hiring teams transcripts and evaluations. The system supports outside recruiting tools, while Voice AI can also be used by employers that do not use the Greenhouse applicant tracking system. People remain responsible for hiring decisions.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
