GUDEA Uses AI to Track Online Narratives Before Crises Spread

Oct 15, 2026
GUDEA analyzes how stories and rumors move across more than 500 online platforms, helping organizations identify emerging reputation risks.

GUDEA uses AI to track how stories and rumors spread online, according to TechCrunch. The company presented its platform at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 on Wednesday.

The system analyzes behavior, relationships and the paths that information follows across more than 500 mainstream and fringe websites and platforms, including X, Reddit and TikTok. It shows who is driving a conversation, how quickly it is growing and where it may spread, rather than only counting mentions, hashtags and impressions.

GUDEA was founded in 2023 and has nearly 40 clients, including large companies, government agencies and communications firms. The company plans to add tools in 2027 that locate online narratives with precision within a city block, and it is developing a feature that lets customers test advertising campaigns for possible negative responses before launch.

GUDEA announced last week that it raised $7 million in seed funding in a round co-led by Mudita Venture Partners and Silicon Road Ventures.
