Laurent Sifre has joined a Microsoft AI research team in Paris after leaving H Company at the beginning of 2026.

Laurent Sifre, a cofounder of H Company, has joined Microsoft, according to Sifted. He now works on a Microsoft AI research team in Paris after leaving H Company at the beginning of 2026.

Pierre-Louis Cedoz, who had led research since 2024, succeeded Sifre but has also left the startup. Sifre's move follows cofounder Karl Tuyls joining Meta's Paris AI lab in 2025. The departures mean all five H Company founders have left within two years of its creation.
