Hark Raises $700 Million Series A at $6 Billion Valuation
Hark has raised more than $700 million in Series A funding at a $6 billion valuation, announced in a press release. The round was led by Parkway Venture Capital, with participation from Nvidia, Align Ventures, AMD Ventures, ARK Invest, Brookfield, Greycroft, Intel Capital, Prime Movers Lab, Qualcomm Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and Tamarack Global.
The capital will support Hark's work on advanced personalized intelligence and new hardware designed as a universal interface between humans and machines. The company is developing foundation models, software systems, and purpose-built devices as part of a vertically integrated approach.
Hark plans to release its first AI models later this summer, followed by hardware designed for its platform. The company aims to create systems that understand users, interact through speech and vision, and operate with persistent memory.
