HaystackID has acquired eDiscovery AI to enhance its generative AI capabilities across legal, compliance, regulatory, and cybersecurity solutions, announced in a press release. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition integrates eDiscovery AI’s technology into HaystackID’s existing AI offerings, enabling legal teams to move more efficiently from large data volumes to actionable insights. The companies have already collaborated on AI-driven workflows, which will now be expanded under the HaystackID brand.
Jim Sullivan will remain chief executive officer of eDiscovery AI, which will continue to serve its existing clients as a separate entity. HaystackID will also support integrated GenAI workflows for clients using platforms such as Relativity.
