HCLSoftware to Acquire Robotiq.ai for Agentic Automation

HCLSoftware plans to acquire Robotiq.ai and add its robotic process automation technology to HCL UnO Agentic. The deal is expected to close in November 2026.

HCLSoftware said in a press release that it plans to acquire Robotiq.ai, a Zagreb based provider of enterprise robotic process automation. The transaction is expected to close in November 2026.

HCLSoftware plans to add Robotiq.ai's technology to HCL UnO Agentic. The integration will let automated workflows perform tasks in applications where APIs are unavailable or insufficient, while coordinating AI agents with enterprise software.

Robotiq.ai serves large banks, insurance groups and telecommunications providers. Its platform includes ISO certified security, audit logs and multiple deployment options.
