HD Hyundai Executive Vice Chairman Chung Kisun recently met with Palantir Technologies CEO Alex Karp to discuss their collaborative efforts on the 'AI Shipyard' project, announced in a press release. The collaboration between HD Hyundai and Palantir, which began in 2021, also includes the development of the unmanned surface vessel 'TENEBRIS'.
During the meeting, both companies agreed that their partnership could significantly enhance the security capabilities of the United States and South Korea. They emphasized the importance of AI-based defense solutions in future national security strategies.
