Healthcare Triangle, Inc. and AI World signed a nonbinding memorandum to form a North American joint venture for humanoid nursing robots, Healthcare Triangle said in a press release. Healthcare Triangle would own 70% of the venture, while AI World would own 30%.

The proposed venture would hold the intellectual property and North American distribution rights for robots designed to assist hospital patients with toileting, cleaning and hygiene care under clinical supervision. Healthcare Triangle would lead funding, manufacturing arrangements, sales and distribution through its network of more than 140 hospital relationships. AI World would provide technology transfer, manufacturing support, engineering and software support.

The companies plan to seek regulatory clearances and conduct clinical validation and hospital pilots before commercial deployment. The memorandum is nonbinding apart from provisions including exclusivity and confidentiality. Forming the venture remains subject to due diligence, definitive agreements, board approvals and regulatory clearances.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
