Healthcare Triangle Joins Kanzun-ARCB Fund to Connect Malaysian Companies With US Capital

Healthcare Triangle will serve as the US technology and capital markets partner for the Kanzun-ARCB Growth Fund, which connects Malaysian healthcare companies with Middle Eastern investors and potential US market opportunities.

Healthcare Triangle, Inc. announced in a press release that it became the US technology and capital markets partner for the Kanzun-ARCB Growth Fund. The fund was launched through a memorandum of understanding in Kuala Lumpur and combines the capital network of ARCB Investment with the local investment expertise of Kanzun Ventures Management.

Kanzun will manage deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation and portfolio development in Malaysia. ARCB will support capital formation through investors in the Middle East and Asia, while Healthcare Triangle will help qualifying companies prepare their technology and finances for possible US expansion.

Healthcare Triangle will assess AI, cloud, data and digital infrastructure needs for participating companies. Any investments, acquisitions, financing or US market transactions remain subject to due diligence, negotiations, approvals and definitive agreements.
