Healthcare Triangle Pursues Up to $30 Million Roboticom Asset Deal
Healthcare Triangle, Inc. signed a nonbinding letter of intent with Crestpoint Capital for a potential acquisition of assets associated with Roboticom, the company announced in a press release. The proposed transaction covers customer contracts, intellectual property, trademarks and other business assets for up to $30 million in cash and equity paid over time.
Roboticom, based in Pisa, Italy, provides industrial robotic automation systems for aerospace, marine, automotive, composites, manufacturing, orthotics and prosthetics customers. Its products include the SandRob, ORTIS and ScultoRob lines. Healthcare Triangle plans to combine its AI, cloud and data technology with the robotics platform.
Roboticom's owners reported unaudited fiscal 2025 revenue of about $14.1 million and gross margin of $6.9 million. The letter of intent is not binding, and completion depends on due diligence, audited financial statements, financing, approvals and definitive agreements.
