HealthIQ Solutions and Eirion.ai Partner on Predictive AI for Remote Care
HealthIQ Solutions and Eirion.ai announced a technology partnership in a press release to develop predictive AI models for remote patient care. The partnership is aimed at identifying patients at elevated risk of catastrophic clinical events, including heart attacks, strokes and acute kidney failure, before symptoms appear.
Eirion.ai will integrate predictive modeling into HealthIQ Solutions' remote care infrastructure. The companies say this is intended to give physicians real time risk scores and actionable alerts in provider dashboards to support proactive screening, monitoring and tailored interventions.
The companies plan to deploy the technology across ambulatory networks and health systems for remote patient monitoring and advanced primary care management. The project is intended to reduce avoidable emergency department visits and long term illness.
