Heidi Raises $340 Million for Health Care AI Expansion

Sep 23, 2026
Heidi raised $100 million in equity and secured $240 million in growth financing, valuing the health care AI company at about $900 million.

Heidi raised $340 million in equity and growth financing at a valuation of A$1.26 billion, or about $900 million, reports Forbes Australia. The total includes a $100 million Series C led by Blackbird Ventures and $240 million from General Catalyst.

General Catalyst's financing can fund sales and marketing over about four and a half years. Revenue from customers acquired through that spending will be repaid to the firm with interest. Phoenix Court, Point72 Private Investments and Headline also participated in the Series C.

Heidi started with an AI scribe that prepares clinical notes and has since added patient history, medical research and communication tools. The company plans to expand into AI agents that complete clinical tasks under professional supervision.

Annualized revenue reached A$50 million in April, up from A$1 million two years earlier. Heidi plans to spend much of the new capital on markets including France and Germany, and expects to reach monthly cash flow neutrality by the end of 2027.
