Helio Genomics Presents Four HelioLiver Studies on Liver Cancer Detection
Helio Genomics is presenting four studies of its HelioLiver Dx blood test at the San Antonio Liver Cancer Symposium, according to a company press release. The posters examine whether the test can identify molecular evidence of hepatocellular carcinoma when ultrasound is negative, imaging is inconclusive or tumors are not yet visible.
One study covers three cases in which abnormal HelioLiver results prompted further imaging after ultrasound found no lesion. Another describes four cases involving uncertain or limited imaging, including one in which a biopsy confirmed cancer after an abnormal test result.
Two additional cases found abnormal cell free DNA methylation signals about six months before disease became visible through imaging and as much as nine months before a definitive radiographic diagnosis. The fourth study uses a simulation to compare HelioLiver surveillance with ultrasound for detecting tumors while they remain within early stage treatment criteria.
HelioLiver combines cell free DNA methylation patterns, serum protein biomarkers and patient demographic data through an AI algorithm. It is a laboratory developed test intended to assist with early liver cancer detection.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
