Helix and Databricks Launch Genomic Research Workspace
Helix announced in a press release a partnership with Databricks to launch Helix Research Workspaces, a secure research environment built on the Databricks Data + AI platform. It gives approved research partners governed access to computing, storage, and analysis tools for more than 550,000 GenoSphere clinicogenomic records.
GenoSphere combines Exome+ genomic data with an average of more than 13 years of electronic health records, plus medical and pharmacy claims. Researchers can use the data to study potential drug targets, identify biomarkers, and define patient populations.
The workspace includes genomic analysis tools, an AI assisted coding assistant, access controls, activity monitoring, and shared project spaces. It also provides information about analysis progress and computing costs.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
