Consulting Professionals Services (CPS) is based in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. The company provides technology consulting and professional services in regulatory compliance, technology infrastructure, governance, risk, and business transformation for a major FTSE 100 client. Hexaware is already among the top IT service providers for this client, and the acquisition is expected to consolidate client spend and strengthen Hexaware’s position within the client’s supplier network.

Hexaware stated that the acquisition will enhance its capabilities in AI and cloud transformation for financial institutions and large enterprises. CPS brings advisory expertise and an interconnected delivery model that supports both local and global clients. The addition of CPS’s workforce in the UAE and UK is also expected to expand Hexaware’s delivery capacity and strengthen its program assurance and cloud engineering services.
