HOME Launches Bilingual Mortgage LMS and AI Search Tool

The Hispanic Organization of Mortgage Experts (HOME) has launched the mortgage industry's first bilingual learning management system (LMS) and an AI-powered wholesale search tool, as announced in a press release. The new tools, named HOME Certified and Wholesale Search, are designed to empower loan officers serving Hispanic and Latino borrowers.

HOME Certified, powered by Twiz.io, offers self-paced modules covering income and credit analysis, program selection, and intercultural fluency, among other topics. This LMS aims to train and certify loan officers to better serve a demographic expected to drive significant homeownership growth in the coming years.

The Wholesale Search tool, built on ChatGPT, allows loan officers to quickly match borrowers with suitable lenders by scanning over 150 wholesale lenders. It filters results based on loan type, rate, closing speed, and language support, providing a ranked list tailored to each borrower's needs.

These initiatives by HOME aim to bridge the gap in mortgage services for Hispanic and Latino communities, offering tools that combine AI technology with cultural fluency to enhance the home buying process.
