Honor Showcases Robot Phone and Magic V6 at MWC 2026
At MWC 2026 in Barcelona, Honor advanced its AI and robotics portfolio with several new devices, announced in a press release. The company unveiled the Robot Phone, a smartphone integrating embodied AI interaction with robotic motion, and the Magic V6, a foldable device featuring new silicon-carbon battery technology.
The Robot Phone combines motion control and multimodal perception, enabling it to track movement, respond with gestures, and follow users during video calls through a built-in gimbal system. It includes a 200MP camera and supports AI-based stabilization and tracking for cinematic video capture.
The Magic V6 foldable phone introduces Honor’s fifth-generation silicon-carbon battery, achieving 25% silicon content and a 6,660mAh capacity in an 8.75mm-thick body. It features dual LTPO 2.0 displays with brightness peaks up to 6,000 nits and reduced screen crease depth. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, the device supports AI-enhanced multitasking and cross-platform interaction.
Honor also presented the MagicPad 4 tablet and MagicBook Pro 14 laptop, extending its AI device ecosystem. The company additionally previewed its first humanoid robot, designed for roles such as shopping assistance and workplace support, marking further expansion into robotics beyond smartphones at MWC Barcelona.
