Horizon Media Holdings has announced the promotion of Aleksandra Novikova to Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Learning and the return of Fatima Winfrey as Senior Vice President of DEI & Belonging, aligning talent, development, and inclusion strategies across the organization.

Horizon Media Holdings announced two senior leadership promotions to strengthen its workforce transformation and client strategy, according to a press release. Aleksandra Novikova has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Learning, while Fatima Winfrey returns as Senior Vice President of DEI & Belonging.

Novikova will oversee enterprise-wide talent acquisition and learning and development, connecting hiring strategy with professional growth and organizational transformation. She led the company’s AI upskilling initiative centered on Blu, Horizon’s proprietary connected marketing intelligence platform, and partnered with SectionAI to support company-wide AI education.

Winfrey will lead diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging efforts, expanding data-driven programs that integrate inclusion into business operations, workforce planning, and client engagement. She previously guided the company to achieve top scores on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index and developed a competency-based framework for employee growth.

The two leaders will collaborate to align recruitment, learning, and belonging initiatives under Horizon’s unified workforce strategy, supporting the company’s evolution from a media agency to a growth partner for clients.
