HSBCnio gives corporate clients access to transaction banking services through web and mobile interfaces, APIs, and AI tools.

HSBC launches HSBCnio, a digital transaction banking platform for corporate clients, according to Finextra. The platform provides web and mobile access, APIs, a software development kit, and a sandbox for connecting HSBC services with company systems and workflows.

HSBCnio gives clients a single interface for viewing cash positions, transactions, trade loans, foreign exchange, and payment tracking. Companies can also connect their systems directly to the platform.

The platform supports permission based AI access through HSBC's Model Context Protocol. Authorized AI tools can query account and transaction information, and HSBC plans to add an Ask HSBC agent that will help clients find and interpret banking data.
