Oct 16, 2026
A survey of 393 HubSpot customers found that 70% plan to increase AI spending over the next 12 months. Claude and ChatGPT were the most commonly used third party AI tools.

HubSpot partner agency Huble said in a press release that 70% of surveyed HubSpot customers plan to spend more on AI over the next 12 months. The survey covered 393 HubSpot customers at the company's UNBOUND conference in Boston from September 16 to 18, 2026.

Among respondents, 66% use HubSpot's Breeze AI Assistant and 34% use at least one HubSpot AI agent. Sixty one percent use two or more AI tools in their daily business operations.

Claude was used by 64% of respondents and ChatGPT by 63%, followed by Microsoft Copilot at 41%. Marketing analysis and reporting was the most common AI task at 68%, followed by sales and prospecting at 43% and content creation at 30%.

The results were not weighted and do not represent all HubSpot customers or AI users. Huble plans to publish the full report later in October.

It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
