HubSpot has launched a new CRM connector for Anthropic's Claude AI assistant, announced in a press release. This integration allows HubSpot customers with a paid Claude subscription to access tailored insights and visualizations directly within their existing workflows.

The connector enables users to ask questions in natural language and receive personalized answers, summaries, and visualizations such as charts and graphs. This functionality is designed to enhance the efficiency of marketing, sales, and support teams by providing actionable insights grounded in real-time CRM data.

HubSpot emphasizes that the integration respects existing data permissions, ensuring that users only access CRM data they are authorized to view. Additionally, Anthropic does not use the data shared through HubSpot to train its models unless customers opt-in for training or provide feedback.

The HubSpot connector for Claude is available to all HubSpot customers with a paid Claude subscription, offering a new way for businesses to leverage AI tools with contextual relevance.
