Hunt Scanlon Ventures invested in millionways, a New York based AI lab that develops technology for interpreting human behavior. The investment amount was not disclosed.

Hunt Scanlon Ventures completed an investment in New York based AI lab millionways, the firm said in a press release. The investment amount was not disclosed.

Millionways develops a behavioral intelligence layer for AI. Its proprietary Large Psychology Model, Thorsten-4, analyzes human signals, motives, communication patterns and behavior.

The platform draws on more than a decade of psychological research and 35 million tagged words of behavioral data. Its applications include AI governance, executive hiring, talent management, leadership assessment, succession planning and corporate decision making.
