ICP DAS will demonstrate an AI traffic system that analyzes live video and adjusts signal timing at APTA 2026 in Chicago.

ICP DAS will demonstrate its intelligent traffic control technology at APTA 2026 TRANSform & EXPO, the company announced in a press release. The event will take place October 4 to 7 at McCormick Place in Chicago.

Its demonstration will combine the iTLC-9000 traffic signal controller with an AI video system powered by a NVIDIA GPU. The system analyzes live video to measure traffic flow, detect approaching emergency vehicles, identify traffic violations and recognize associated license plates. The controller can then adjust signal timing and alert operators.

The modular iTLC-9000 supports up to 16 signal phases and 32 way intersections. It includes redundant controllers, hot swappable modules, automatic controller switching, abnormal status notifications, cybersecurity protection and a color touchscreen.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
