ZS said in a press release that it was named a Leader in a 2026 IDC MarketScape assessment. The report evaluates life sciences research and development providers offering real world data, evidence platforms, technology and consulting services.

The assessment cited the company's Medical and Evidence practice, ZAIDYN Medical platform, Patient Radar platform, ZS Data Nexus and Evidence Pro. ZS reported a 90% net promoter score and 97% client retention for its real world data and evidence work.

ZS said it has delivered more than 250 integrated evidence plans. The company also said its process increased output from one plan completed in four to five months to more than 30 plans completed in 10 weeks.
