IgniteTech Acquires Khoros to Enhance AI-Driven Customer Engagement
IgniteTech has announced its acquisition of Khoros, a platform known for digital-first customer engagement, announced in a press release. IgniteTech plans to integrate its AI technologies across the Khoros platform, aiming to enhance customer engagement solutions.
The acquisition will see the introduction of several AI-driven features to the Khoros platform, including AI Expert Help, which provides immediate, multilingual responses to reduce response times and increase engagement.
