IIFL Fintech Fund has participated in the $8 million Series A funding round of TraqCheck, announced in a press release. The round was led by IvyCap Ventures, with IIFL joining as a strategic partner to support TraqCheck’s expansion in India and Europe.
TraqCheck is developing a Human Operating System composed of specialized AI agents that autonomously manage hiring workflows. Its main product, Trace, automates background verification for nearly 300 enterprise customers, while a new agent, Nina, handles candidate sourcing, outreach, and qualification to deliver vetted talent directly to hiring managers.
The company’s platform aims to replace traditional recruitment tools by enabling end-to-end automation of enterprise hiring. TraqCheck’s approach focuses on reducing time-to-hire and cost-per-hire through fully autonomous operations, targeting industries with high-volume hiring such as banking, logistics, and healthcare.
IIFL Fintech Fund, established in 2021, invests in early-stage fintech and AI infrastructure startups. Its portfolio includes companies across digital infrastructure, compliance, data analytics, and lending enablement.
