Immorta Bio completed planned preclinical studies of SenoMune-0257, a nine amino acid peptide designed to help the immune system eliminate senescent cells. The company plans initial human testing before the end of 2026.

Immorta Bio completed its planned preclinical studies of SenoMune-0257 and plans initial human testing before the end of 2026, the company said in a press release.

SenoMune-0257 is a synthetic nine amino acid peptide designed with AI to stimulate immune responses against senescent cells. Immorta Bio said laboratory studies showed that the candidate stimulated cytotoxic T cells that selectively eliminated senescent cells while sparing healthy cells under the tested conditions.

The company identified dozens of peptide candidates through computational analysis before selecting SenoMune-0257 for laboratory testing. The therapy remains investigational, and its safety and effectiveness have not been established in humans.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
