Incognia Launches AI Agent Detection for Financial Institutions

Oct 6, 2026
Incognia has introduced tools that identify AI agent activity and assess the risk of individual actions at financial institutions.

Incognia announced in a press release AI Agent Detection, a capability that helps financial institutions identify activity from AI agents and assess the risk of individual actions. The system evaluates an agent and its requested action separately.

AI Agent Detection combines signed request verification, agent origin classification, automation detection, and risk intelligence. Financial institutions can check higher risk actions against signals from a customer's trusted devices, account activity, device integrity, network, and location.

Incognia also introduced Web Behavioral Biometrics, which analyzes mouse movements, keyboard interactions, and copy and paste activity. A new MCP Server lets compatible AI applications retrieve evidence, find connections across devices and accounts, and organize findings for fraud analysts. The initial MCP service is read only, leaving enforcement decisions and actions to people.
