Infinitus Launches FieldForce AI Agents for Pharmaceutical Teams
Infinitus Systems, Inc. introduced FieldForce, a set of secure AI agents for pharmaceutical sales and reimbursement teams, in a press release. The agents help staff prepare for meetings with healthcare providers, record notes, update customer relationship management systems and answer provider questions between visits.
For field reimbursement managers, FieldForce can handle questions about prior authorization status, claims and reimbursement. Other agents can receive inbound calls at any time, while Infinitus Lens monitors communications for compliance and identifies prescribing trends and common support topics.
FieldForce separates promotional and medical communications. If a provider asks a clinical or safety question outside a sales representative's role, the system can transfer the conversation and its context to the pharmaceutical company's medical information team.
