The Inner Circle recognized Shayla Williams Fender for her work in AI, user experience strategy, workflow design and business automation.

The Inner Circle said in a press release that it recognized Shayla Williams Fender as a Pinnacle Professional Member Inner Circle of Excellence for her work in AI and user experience strategy.

Fender is the founder and chief strategist of The Groundswell Strategy. Her consulting work covers user experience research, AI adoption, workflow design, automation and business systems designed for people with different cognitive needs.

Her previous roles include work in local, state and federal government, nonprofit organizations and Slalom Consulting. She holds a user experience design certification from Bentley University and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Williams College.
