Insider One has launched Agent One, a system that uses autonomous agents to plan marketing activity, interact with customers and improve future engagement based on outcomes.

Insider One has launched Agent One, a system for autonomous customer engagement, the company said in a press release. It combines Agent One Teams for businesses and marketing teams with Agent One Audiences for customer interactions.

Agent One Teams lets companies define objectives, guardrails and autonomy levels while agents plan strategies, create content, coordinate experiences and adjust performance. Agent One Audiences includes Shopping Agent and Support Agent capabilities that identify customer intent through direct conversations.

Information from customer conversations feeds future brand actions, while the results of those actions inform later customer interactions. Agent One connects with existing technology through native integrations, APIs and connectivity based on MCP. Both components are available through the Insider One platform.
