Ittikar Opens AI Private Capital Network to New Members
Ittikar opened its AI enabled private capital network to new family office members, the company said in a press release. The platform has operated with 100 founding members since March 2026.
Family offices can use Ittikar to analyze deals, invest and raise capital. Mondevo Group used the platform during its acquisitions of menswear company Caruso in February and brand accelerator Underscore District in August. Its due diligence system analyzed documents, sourced findings and drafted investment committee materials.
Each member receives an AI assistant called Itti and stores data in a separate Data Pod under its own encryption. Ittikar plans to add portfolio analysis, monitoring and reporting in early 2027, followed by negotiation tools in the second quarter. It also plans to support asset tokenization and settlement of co investments through licensed partners by June 2027.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
