Ives Ultra AI Opportunities priced 20 million shares at $10 each and expects them to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol IVAI.

Ives Ultra AI Opportunities said in a press release that it priced its initial public offering of 20 million common shares at $10 each, raising $200 million. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on September 30 under the symbol IVAI.

The closed end investment fund plans to give public market investors access to private AI companies, with a primary focus on later stage businesses in AI infrastructure and applied AI. It has up to 12 months to propose its initial investments and let investors tender their shares under its tender offer policy.

The underwriter can buy up to 3 million additional shares to cover overallotments. The offering is expected to close on October 1, subject to customary conditions.
