Keyfactor Adds Former CyberArk CEO Matt Cohen to Board
Keyfactor appointed former CyberArk CEO Matt Cohen to its board of directors and as a strategic adviser to CEO Jordan Rackie, the company said in a press release. Cohen will provide advice as Keyfactor expands its machine identity, cryptography, AI security and post quantum security operations.
Cohen served as CyberArk CEO from 2023 through its acquisition by Palo Alto Networks for about $25 billion. He previously held chief revenue officer and chief operating officer roles at CyberArk, as well as senior positions at PTC.
The appointment coincides with Keyfactor closing a growth investment exceeding $1 billion, led by Summit Partners. Keyfactor also said it recently surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue.
