Klang Partners with Google Cloud for AI-Driven MMO SEED
Klang has announced a strategic partnership with Google Cloud to power its AI-driven simulation game, SEED, announced in a press release. This collaboration aims to create a dynamic virtual world using Google Cloud's technologies such as Google Kubernetes Engine, Vertex AI, and Gemini models.
SEED is a massively multiplayer online (MMO) experience where AI-powered virtual inhabitants, known as Seedlings, live and evolve in real-time. The game leverages Google Cloud's infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability, allowing for seamless growth and continuous operation of its complex ecosystem.
Klang's CEO, Mundi Vondi, highlighted the ambition to build the largest simulation of humanity's future, with detailed environments and interactive Seedlings. Google Cloud's technology enables these Seedlings to exhibit unique personalities and form relationships, enhancing the in-game experience through natural conversations and persistent interactions.
The partnership also includes Google Cloud Consulting services to optimize generative AI solutions for cost and scalability, ensuring SEED delivers an unparalleled AI-powered experience.
