Konecta and Lenovo Form Alliance on AI-Powered Digital Workplace
Konecta has announced a strategic alliance with Lenovo to create an AI-driven Digital Workplace platform that challenges traditional IT outsourcing models, announced in a press release.
The collaboration combines Konecta's customer and employee experience capabilities with Lenovo's AI-enabled devices and infrastructure. Together, the companies aim to integrate hardware, lifecycle services, and user support into a unified model designed to simplify enterprise technology environments.
As part of the initiative, Konecta is deploying Lenovo’s services across its global operations, affecting more than 100,000 employees. The alliance also includes Konecta providing eCommerce operations for Lenovo, with further discussions underway to expand into business process outsourcing and AI-enabled services.
The joint offering will focus on delivering consumer-grade digital experiences for employees, including AI-powered chat, self-service tools, and personalized support. Both companies describe the alliance as a step toward a more seamless, integrated, and intelligent workplace ecosystem.
