KredosAi Expands RCS Capabilities at Mobile World Congress
KredosAi has announced enhanced Rich Communications Services (RCS) capabilities at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, according to Business Wire. This expansion builds on the company's previous introduction of RCS functionality in September 2024, which coincided with Apple's rollout of RCS in the iOS 18 update.
The new RCS capabilities are integrated into KredosAi's customer engagement platform, allowing enterprises to deliver highly personalized messages and calls to action on their customers' preferred platforms. CEO Balaji Sridharan highlighted that the platform uses advanced AI to test and optimize thousands of strategies, resulting in improved customer engagement and outcomes.
KredosAi's platform has shown significant results, with enterprises experiencing payments being processed up to five days earlier, a 50% improvement in customer satisfaction scores, and a 20X return on investment within the first 12 months. The company serves major North American telecoms and auto lenders and is expanding its partnerships with financial institutions. KredosAi reported over 2X growth in 2024 and aims to double this growth in 2025, focusing on product development and global expansion.
